Return Policy

RETURN POLICY


All returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the order. A conversation will be initiated via email to manage said return/refund.

We offer the following return resolutions:
-Exchanges for products in poor condition.
-Return and refund for withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the product.

ATTENTION: The customer must ensure that the product to be returned is in perfect condition and with its packaging. The warranty sticker must be intact.

If any previously mentioned criteria are not met, it would be the person in charge of managing the return who will approve or deny it.


Available shipping methods are:
-The customer is responsible for paying for the return, unless it is for a product in poor condition. In that case BBeyond will take care of the shipping.
